Recently EBL Developments has been a part of a team entrusted with the restoration of a Grade 2 listed building. Westminster Chambers is situated in the centre of Liverpool, in the heart of the Liverpool City Business Community and is a building of historical significance. Built in 1883 Westminster Chambers was the first public building to obtain an electricity supply in Liverpool. The building has been renovated into a luxury apartment block, with a stunning blend of classical Victorian and Gothic architecture with modern contemporary design.

Keeping to the integrity of the building, our experienced and fully qualified slate and lead workforce, removed and restored the entire roof covering of the building. The successful restoration of the roof to its past magnificence went towards Westminster Chambers becoming one of the most prestigious addresses in Liverpool City. The building also achieved the award of Best Merseyside Development.
Currently, the company is undertaking a project in Huyton, Liverpool, where a development of traditional two and three bed roomed semi-detached houses are being built.
In contrast to the traditional house, EBL is involved with the construction of an imaginative and ambitious project situated at the water’s edge in Halton, overlooking the Mersey River. The development is especially designed to complement its distinctive environment and provide contemporary living space.
EBL has completed the construction of a modern business park in the area of Liverpool and is now developing prestige offices in Halton, in the North West.
