This is a development for One Vision Housing Association, and is publicly funded.

The land previously had industrial units on it which had to be demolished and cleared before work could start.

The development includes six 1 bedroom apartments, 1 bungalow, twenty 2 bedroom houses, eleven 3 bedroom houses and four 4 bedroom houses. Fourteen of the properties will be available to purchase under a shared ownership using the Help to Buy scheme. The remainder are purely rental properties.

The project commenced in February 2015 and despite one or two delays and one of the wettest winters on record, the development will be completed on time and within budget.  One Vision is very happy with the development.
