Here is an example:

A pre-war bungalow was being drained of moisture by the roots of some nearby trees, affecting the foundations. We underpinned the property 3 feet below the ground level. (Luckily, it was covered under the property's building insurance)

We installed helibars and lateral restraints to tie the walls and roof in, for added security.

1. Old Hall Project. Serious decay was found in oak beams.
2. EBL structural division removed the existing oak beams
3. This work had to be done, ensuring the decorative 17th Century moulded plaster work  was not affected by the removal of the oak beams.
