“Handing over the quays” at prestige business park
Construction of Phase One of the prestigious Sutton Quays Business Park - adjacent to junction 12 on the M56 in Cheshire - is ahead of schedule and attracting considerable attention.
Developed by the Halton-based EBL Group, the 5,500 square feet Building One and the 6,500 square feet Building Two on the business park are already occupied. Construction of the 10,000 square feet Building Three is nearing completion and, internally, can be finished to client specification. Work on further buildings will start later this year.
Whilst having all the advantages of a rural location, the business park is just 200 metres from the M56 motorway junction at Sutton Weaver - between Runcorn and Frodsham. Phase One of Sutton Quays will comprise five two-storey office buildings set in managed landscaped grounds with ample dedicated parking.
