The EBL Group has started work on the development of an innovative business park in Picow Farm Road, Runcorn.

The Enterprise Business & Logistics (EBL) Centre has been designed specifically to provide much-needed, purpose-built workshop accommodation for the area’s small businesses. When complete during the spring of 2008, the EBL Centre will offer 20 individual and self-contained units – for sale and to let – each of around 1000 square feet. Some will have the scope for a mezzanine floor to increase storage and work space. Generous on-site parking and high-tech security systems are to be important features of the new development.
