The EBL Group has been nominated for the Halton Business of the Year award, along with three other organisations from the borough. The Builders, construction workers and staff in all the companies areas of operation from industrial roofing to the Listed Buildings Specialists were delighted at the news.

The nominations and awards were announced at a special Halton Business and Tourism Awards evening at Daresbury Park recently, organised by Halton Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise in conjunction with Halton Tourism Business Network.

Eddie Basnett, Chief Executive of the EBL Group, says: “Although we were pipped at the final post for the overall award, it was a great – and unexpected – honour to be nominated for such a prestigious award.”
