Mansell Construction Services Limited – one of the UK’s leading construction companies – held the official opening of the company’s new 10,000 square feet regional offices at Sutton Quays Business Park, recently. The Mansell building is at the entrance of Phase Two of Sutton Quays Business Park which has been designed, developed and constructed by the EBL Group.

Founded a century ago in 1908 and acquired by Balfour Beatty in 2003, Mansell operates within a number of specialist construction sectors, including affordable housing, education, health, defence and airports. With annual turnover in excess of £950 million, the company employs more than 2500 people working at 22 regional offices throughout the UK.

Mansell’s new two-storey offices at Sutton Quays Business Park replaces the company’s former premises less than one mile away in Frodsham in the neighbouring borough of Vale Royal.
